The 21st century is considered a radical breakpoint in the respect of Human Rights throughout the world, but Civil Liberties and Human Rights are more then ever an artful piece of fiction. The time is now to rethink policies used as weapons against the scourge that has so heavily affected human dignity for so long. Dealing effectively with the injustice of the past is critical to breaking the culture of impunity that provides incentives for violence. Government sponsored Human Rights Organizations are by no means ensured of implementing protection and respect of human rights. The best step to strengthening the Prevention effort of human right abuses is the promotion of international cooperation between individuals and organizations.
Therefore Helping Hands International will:
Implement an effective early warning system
Organize policy and Debate forums
Hold States accountable
Go past the one-year denunciation policy with an International array of research efforts aimed at boosting the effectiveness of this policy
